Cancellation Policy

FLIGHT CANCELLATION:

The sport of ballooning is entirely weather dependent! I will do my personal best to contact you as soon as I feel we may need to reschedule due to inclement weather. If the winds are greater than 6-8 mph on the surface or 20 mph above a few hundred feet, raining, thunder storming, etc… In the interest of safety, we will cancel and reschedule at both your and my next earliest convenience.

48 hours notice – No Charge
Less than 48 hours notice – a charge of $50.00 per person
No show the morning/evening of flight – no refunds

RIDE REFUNDS:

We refund airfares, less the $50 non-refundable fee administration charge, up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund will only be returned to the original purchaser. Absolutely no refunds after weather postponement or rescheduling. Occasionally, inclement weather forces us to postpone your flight and your purchase carries over to a re-scheduled date, and no refunds will be available at that time.
